Cosplay [kos-pley]

A melding of the two terms "costume" and "play" - technically, the hobby of creating and wearing character costumes and posing/acting as them while doing so (usually a sci-fi, comic book, TV/film, cartoon or anime character).

Costume [noun kos-toom, -tyoom; verb ko-stoom, -styoom]

Dress or garb characteristic of another period, place, person, etc., as worn on the stage or at balls or to mimick the look of someone or something else.

Americam Horror Story

American Horror Story is an American anthology extreme horror television series created and produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk that airs on FX. Described as an anthology series, each season is conceived as a mostly self-contained miniseries, following a disparate set of characters and settings, and a storyline with its own "beginning, middle, and end.
